NAVSYS is currently developing a suitable GPS alternative using other signals of opportunity to provide users with GPS quality time and position even if GPS is not available. This challenging position offers an experienced Software Engineer an opportunity to take software currently running on our system prototype and mature it into a maintainable stable baseline suitable for a new product intended to provide critical timing and position data.
We are looking for a C/C++ software developer with broad experience and strong hardware and firmware integration skills who can figure out “how to make it work”. This position requires an experienced self-starter who is able to jump in and hit the ground running but is equally able to work efficiently on a small team or to perform individually.
This position will primarily support our product development team in San Diego, California
